The customer has a steel structure roof with a 5,000 square meter of gas during the production process and the erosion of southern acid rain, causing the color steel plates to rust on the roof. After receiving the invitation from the customer in June this year, our company went to the site many times to test the hardness of the color steel plates. We conducted many drills on personnel, material scheduling, and the treatment of engineering garbage during the later construction process, and conducted in-depth communication with Party A. In the end, our company convinced Party A with a professional attitude and project quality. The construction was completed at the end of July, and the customer expressed great satisfaction and carried out the second phase of the project cooperation in December this year.
When I had never encountered a color steel plate anti-corrosion renovation process like Yougu, I changed the tiles directly when there was rust, but the cost of replacing the tiles was relatively high and it affected production.
