Acrylic anticorrosion paint is suitable for metal materials (color steel tiles, aluminum, stainless steel, iron doors, stairs), metal storage tanks, metal pipes, steel structure brackets, metal equipment and other bases. Construction method

1. The YOOGU acrylic anticorrosion topcoat of this product must be used with primer and intermediate paint, and the effect can be better. When used, the construction can be carried out by spraying, rolling, brushing, etc.

2. First, remove the rust, dust, oil stains, garbage, etc. on the base surface, and repair and smooth the rust-through area.
3. On the cleaned base surface, apply or spray a functional automatic rust removal primer. The coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 8 hours.
4. Brush or spray the YOOGU reinforced epoxy mica anti-rust intermediate paint, the coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 8 hours.
5. Brush or spray YOOGU acrylic anticorrosion topcoat, the coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 36 hours to be accepted (the surface can be adjusted in color).

 

Construction instructions

Surface treatment: The front-line paint film should be completely dry and remove all oil and debris from the paint film.

Mixing ratio: Single-component coating, stir well after opening the packaging.

Limitation: The temperature of the substrate must be 3℃ above the dew point. The relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%.

Coating method: airless spraying: nozzle diameter: 0.2~0.4mm

Spray pressure: 15~18MPa

Diluent XC108

Dilution amount: 0-5% (based on the weight of the coating)

Air spraying: nozzle diameter: 2.0~2.5mm

Air pressure: 0.3~0.4MPa

Supporting coatings: zinc-rich epoxy primer, functional automatic rust removal primer, epoxy mica iron red intermediate paint, polyurethane high-end topcoat, etc.
