YOOGU polyurethane anti-corrosion high-grade topcoat (heavy anti-corrosion material): It is made of water-based modified polyurethane resin as the film forming base material and added mica iron oxide and other additives.  The microstructure of mica iron oxide is like flake mica, with a thickness of only a few microns and a diameter of tens of microns. It is resistant to high temperature, alkali, acid, and non-toxic. The flake structure can prevent media penetration and enhance anticorrosion performance. It has a low shrinkage rate. It is an excellent high-layer anticorrosion paint (also used for topcoat coating).

Since the scales are arranged in multiple layers in the coating to form a unique shielding structure, they have the following characteristics:

Extremely excellent resistance to medium permeability and excellent wear resistance;

The shrinkage is reduced during curing, and the thermal expansion coefficient is small after curing and the film is formed;

Good adhesion to the substrate and good temperature resistance.

Combined with epoxy zinc-rich base coating paint not only has excellent corrosion resistance but also has strong adhesion.

Anticorrosion materials have high-quality industrial anticorrosion coatings, which are green and environmentally friendly coatings, with excellent corrosion resistance, low temperature flexibility and safe use;

It has good adhesion with other high-performance topcoats. When the topcoat is damaged, the primer corrosion inhibitor can still protect the steel bypassivating and corrosion inhibiting effects;

Surface anticorrosion coatings can be adjusted in any color according to customer requirements;

Metal materials (color steel tiles, aluminum, stainless steel, iron doors, stairs), metal storage tanks, metal pipes, steel structure brackets, metal equipment and other bases have been widely used throughout the country, making it the best heavy-duty anti-corrosion of metal roofs today.

Construction method

1. The YOOGU polyurethane high-grade anticorrosion topcoat of this product must be matched with: the primer and intermediate paint are more effective. When used, the construction can be carried out by spraying, rolling, brushing and other methods.

2. First, remove the floating rust, dust, oil stains, garbage, etc. on the base surface, and repair and level the rust-through areas.
3. On the cleaned base surface, apply or spray a functional automatic rust removal primer. The coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 8 hours.
4. Brush or spray the YOOGU reinforced epoxy mica anti-rust intermediate paint, the coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 8 hours.
5. Brush or spray YOOGU polyurethane high-grade anticorrosion topcoat, the coating is uniform and has no exposed bottom, and the drying time is more than 36 hours to be accepted (the surface can be adjusted in color).

6. This process uses equipment, steel beams and pipelines to prevent corrosion from turning;

 

Construction instructions

Surface treatment: The front-channel paint film should be completely dry and remove all oil and debris from the paint film.

Mixing ratio: Single-component coating, stir well after opening the packaging.

Limitation: The temperature of the substrate must be 3℃ above the dew point. The relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%.

Coating method: airless spraying: nozzle diameter: 0.2~0.4mm

Spray pressure: 15~18MPa

Dilution amount: 0-5% (by weight of coating)

Air spraying: nozzle diameter: 2.0~2.5mm

Air pressure: 0.3~0.4MPa
