Therefore, planting plants on the top floor, especially small flower beds, the editor recommends that it is best to make an additional 25cm cement protective layer above the waterproof layer.

There was no water leakage in the concrete factory, and no obvious leaks were found on the roof, but there were large pieces of falling lime on the interior walls. What's going on?

This is because under the weather changes and sunlight, the surface of the factory exterior wall will have a thermal expansion and contraction effect. In addition, the original waterproofing construction is unprofessional, and the cement layer or waterproof coating cannot produce the waterproof effect, and the time will age and crack.

Waterproofing must not be done with professional treatment to ensure quality and quantity

In places with large temperature differences in the four seasons, cracks are likely to appear on the walls, and when rain comes, water leakage problems will also occur. If the leakage problem is not solved in time, the building structure will gradually be damaged. The humid environment is not conducive to production activities, but also breeds bacteria and affects physical and mental health.
