Product Description

Anticorrosion floor paint is a three-component paint, suitable for anticorrosion tanks, heavy machinery surface treatments, floors in areas where chemical enterprises are prone to corrosion, anticorrosion projects in the petroleum industry and sewage tank chemical pools, etc. It has strong permeability resistance, strong acids, alkalis, salts and various organic solvents, high surface hardness and good density. This paint is divided into two components: A and B, among which Group A is an epoxy amine-based curing agent, and Group B is an epoxy paint and glass powder. The paint is resistant to strong acid and alkali, seawater, salt spray and various chemical media corrosion, strong adhesion, wear resistance, impact resistance, dust resistance, etc. It is mainly suitable for coatings such as chemical plants, conveying pipelines, electroplating plants, marine equipment, etc.

Standard Construction Process

1. Basic treatment: polish, repair, decontamination and dust removal according to the ground conditions;

2. Primer: Use a primer with super-permeability and adhesion to roll it to enhance surface adhesion and enclose the moisture and moisture of the foundation ground, avoid the rabbit foundation layer and epoxy coating to shell and delaminate;

3. Construction of fiberglass and medium coating: First spread the fiberglass fabric and then brush and apply anticorrosion mortar. Each layer is laid, apply a piece of anticorrosion mortar until the thickness of the fiberglass anticorrosion floor is specified;

4. Putty layer: Use epoxy anti-corrosion medium coating material to mix quartz sand or double-fly powder scraping putty layer, and build two to three layers as needed, and the requirements are to be flat and free of holes and apply I to the surface;

5 Anticorrosion surface coating: Use anticorrosion surface coating resin or colored paint to apply two layers; Note: The resin used depends on the design, and use toothed holes to defoam after scraping;

6. During the construction of glass fiber anti-corrosion floor, pay attention to the proportion of material mixing, as well as the method of stirring materials and the time of stirring to avoid the chemical reaction of anti-corrosion materials when adding additives, which increases the difficulty of construction, and also spend a lot of time to defoam with toothed holes. Another situation is that the stirring materials are uneven, and bubbles are generated after applying, and the surface effect of the surface layer will be affected after curing;

7. Topcoat construction: The prepared topcoat is evenly coated with a trowel or roller. After completion, the overall floor will be bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollowing;

8. Heavy anticorrosion topcoat: repeat the prepared topcoat several times to achieve heavy anticorrosion effect;

9. Construction is completed: You can only get on the person after 24 hours, and you can only get heavy pressure after 72 hours. (25 degrees are the case, and the low temperature opening time must be moderately extended).

 

Construction precautions

1. The ambient temperature of the construction site should be higher than 5℃ and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.

2. Construction workers should make actual records of construction parts, time, temperature, relative humidity, floor surface treatment, materials, etc. for reference.

3. After the coating is constructed, the relevant equipment and tools should be cleaned immediately.
