Standard Construction Process

1. Base surface pretreatment: Before construction, ensure that the base surface is flat, naturally dry, no attachments, no defects and cracks, etc.

2. Defects, the base surface strength must be above C25 before construction can be carried out.

3. Primer: Use solvent-based epoxy single-component primer or solvent-free epoxy primer (main paint: curing agent = 5:1) to mix and stir evenly; use a roller and brush to apply evenly without missing coating.

4. Putty layer: Use solvent-based epoxy paint (1:1) or solvent-free epoxy paint (5:1) to mix in proportion and add appropriate amount of filler (such as quartz powder, talc powder) and stir evenly; use a batch knife to wrap 1-2 times, with the focus on filling the pit defects on the ground; after curing, polish the defects such as knife marks and clean it up with a vacuum cleaner, feather duster, wrung wet towel, etc.

5. Top coating: Use solvent-based epoxy topcoat (1:1) or solvent-free epoxy topcoat (5.1) to mix in proportion and stir evenly; use the prepared drum to soak the topcoat and roll it evenly, and the coating is required to be evenly coated without leakage, and roll it twice.

6. Wear-resistant layer: This process can be selected and used according to the needs of the user; after 12-24 hours of application, it will be cured until pedestrians do not leave any marks, and add a new epoxy floor wear-resistant layer topcoat, which can greatly improve the floor finish and durability.

Note: If your workshop or factory often walks on heavy machinery such as forklifts, we recommend that you use epoxy resin mortar flooring.
