The roof is a concrete foundation, and ordinary concrete heat insulation bricks are laid on the roof. Under the long-term ultraviolet rays and acid rain in nature, the insulation bricks will undergo large-scale corrosion and pulverization, losing the thermal insulation effect; and it is easy for people to step on air, fall, scratch, scratch, etc., which poses certain safety hazards.
The roof waterproof material is a coil material. Because the main component of the coil material is asphalt, after use for a period of time, it aging and cracking occurs, losing the waterproof effect. There are many equipment brackets, stone piers and other protrusions on the roof. This place is not integrated with the cast-in-place layer of the roof. Under the influence of geological settlement and building thermal expansion and contraction, it is in an active state for a long time. The coil material needs to be wrinkled during construction at this site, and there are many joints. The adhesiveness and sealing of the coil material itself are poor. Due to the activity of the joint part, the coil material is disengaged and opened, resulting in water leakage on the roof.

The factory has a long service life, and there are some problems. The water leakage problem in the production workshop has always been a major problem for our company at present.
