When our technicians inspected the site, they found that there were many roof equipment. Because there would be certain vibrations during the long-term operation of the equipment, the roof slab structure was shaken. The original waterproof layer in the concrete structure was a coil material. Due to the long service life and vibration settlement factors, the original waterproof layer had aging. After the leakage analysis of our technicians, due to the large number of equipment, it was recommended that customers use paints for overall waterproofing. After the paint was waterproofed, it was a seamless waterproof system, but there would be many joints for waterproofing construction in many places. After many communication and discussions with the person in charge, we finally adopted our paint plan. In the case of not affecting the normal operation of the equipment, our company has provided detailed construction plans and safety measures, and has been recognized by customers and signed a contract.

Customer Feedback

It was originally planned to use three thickness coils for the entire roof for construction. Some companies have also found several companies to come to the site for evaluation. However, due to the large number of roof equipment, the coils cannot be waterproofed for the equipment base, and the original base mortar leveling layer has severe weathering. After the coils, 3 thick cement mortar protective layers need to be made to be used normally, which increases the load-bearing of the roof. Once the maintenance cost is too high in the later stage, Yougu Company contacted me and recommended exposed acrylic waterproof coatings with me. They can be exposed directly to the roof and exposed to the sun without mortar leveling, and provide a long quality assurance. Our overall solution feels that the plan is very suitable. Finally, we chose to cooperate with Yougu Company. In the later construction process, there are additional waterproof layers for our roof equipment and pipes. The overall appearance and use effect have reached the expected effect of our company. You can also go to the roof for equipment inspection without affecting the waterproof layer.
