YOOGU Concrete High-Elasticity Waterproofing System is composed of a special environmentally friendly high-quality acrylic waterproof coating, supplemented with polyester fabric. After curing, it forms a seamless and complete roof waterproofing system. Through hundreds of tests, and multiple adjustments and optimizations of its technology and formula, various test data of the product show that it offers excellent resistance to alkalinity and acid rain, possesses outstanding toughness, and demonstrates extremely strong waterproof functionality. The brush must be washed with water and soaked to the next construction. The area without waterproof should be properly covered.

Three-Coat-One-Cloth Waterproofing Construction Process
1. Mix the waterproof coating evenly according to the ratio, clean the base surface of debris, ensuring it is level, dust-free, and free of water or oil.
2. First Coat: Apply a coat of specialized high-elasticity flexible acrylic base waterproof coating for concrete on the prepared base surface.
3. One Cloth: While the base coat is still wet, lay the pre-cut polyester cloth flat over it. Press it firmly with a brush, allowing the base coat to permeate through the polyester cloth.
4. Second Coat: Immediately apply another coat of the specialized high-elasticity flexible acrylic base waterproof coating for concrete over the polyester cloth. Ensure the base coat fully saturates the cloth, avoiding blistering or wrinkling, so that the two coats and one cloth integrate into a seamless waterproof layer. Allow to cure for 8 hours.
5. Third Coat: Apply a final coat of specialized high-elasticity flexible acrylic surface waterproof coating for concrete over the cured two-coat-one-cloth base. Allow it to dry completely for inspection and acceptance.
Precautions:
1. When using, mix Components A and B of the coating in a 4:1 ratio in a bucket. Stir with a mixer for 5-10 minutes until uniform, then let it sit for 10 minutes before use.
2. The mixed coating must be used within one hour, as it will thicken and cure rapidly beyond the usable time. Prepare only the amount needed for the immediate work area to avoid waste.
3. For cracks wider than 1-2 cm on the construction surface, first seal them with hydraulic sealant before applying the waterproof coating.
4. Application Method: Use a cross-brushing technique (vertical and horizontal strokes) for each coat.
