YOOGU Sink Waterproofing Special Coating is a high-performance, two-component new waterproof coating composed of organic polymer liquid material and inorganic powder material. It combines the advantages of high elasticity, water resistance, weather resistance, and durability. When used in conjunction with polyester fabric, it can form a strong and resilient waterproof layer. Sinks are the areas in metal and concrete building structures most prone to leakage and water seepage. Issues such as sealant failure around drain outlets, rust perforations, corrosion, and welding seams can all lead to leaks. This product is specifically designed for long-term use in the damp environments of sinks, making it the premier material for water immersion and resistance.

Three-Coat-One-Cloth Waterproofing Construction Process

1. Mix the waterproof coating evenly according to the ratio, clean the base surface of debris, ensuring it is level, dust-free, and free of water or oil.

2. First Coat: Apply a coat of water-resistant specialized acrylic base waterproof coating for sinks on the cleaned and prepared base surface.

3. One Cloth: While the base coat is still wet, lay the pre-cut polyester cloth flat over it. Press it firmly with a brush, allowing the base coat to permeate through the polyester cloth.

4. Second Coat: Immediately apply another coat of water-resistant specialized acrylic base waterproof coating for sinks over the polyester cloth. Ensure the base coat fully saturates the cloth, avoiding blistering or wrinkling, so that the two coats and one cloth integrate into a seamless waterproof layer. Allow to cure for 8 hours.

5. Third Coat: Apply a final coat of water-resistant specialized acrylic surface waterproof coating for sinks over the cured two-coat-one-cloth base. Allow it to dry completely for inspection and acceptance.
