1. Excellent adaptability, can be directly constructed on substrates of various materials and waterproof layers. Construction does not flow on the facade, bevel and top surfaces.

Standard Construction Process

Base surface pretreatment:

During construction, the base surface of the I-imposition must be cleaned carefully. It is necessary to ensure that the base surface is flat, the firmware is free of looseness, rust, oil, dust, and water are not allowed to remain clean. Firmware that has loose base surface must be replaced or reinforced.

For uneven base surfaces, thicken the cement glue and level it with a batch knife once. The thickness of the batch stop is less than 5mm. Note that the batch stop should not be too thick each time. The additional layer of this product should be used first in the cracks. The arc treatment of Yin-Yang corner hard seats, and additional layer treatment is also required for wall-through pipes, water droplets and other complex parts.

 

Construction preparation:

Determine the parts that need to be waterproofed and the width of the waterproof layer, and cut the polyester cloth of the corresponding width.

The paint needs to be stirred evenly when used, but there is no need to dispense water or auxiliary materials separately. You can apply it directly.

During construction, it can be done in a brush, rolling and scraping manner. Relevant working tools should be prepared and necessary measures for labor protection should be taken.

 

Concrete acrylic high elastic flexible material three-coat and one-fabric waterproof construction technology:

1. Mix the waterproof coating evenly according to the ratio, clean the garbage on the base surface to make the base surface flat, free of dust and water-free oil.

2. Brush the base layer (one coating): On the cleaned base surface, apply the acrylic high-elastic base waterproof coating on the concrete roof (function: used to bond to the base material to achieve 100% continuous full stickiness).

3. Lay the seam polyester cloth (one cloth): When it is still wet, lay the cut silk polyester cloth.

4. Paint the base layer (second coating): Then apply the concrete roof acrylic high-elastic base waterproof coating on the surface of the silk-woven polyester cloth to fully immerse the silk-woven polyester cloth to ensure that it does not bulge or wrinkle, so that the slurry can be fully combined with the bottom layer slurry through the gaps of the silk-woven polyester cloth to form a seamless whole, even dry and solid.

5. Apply the surface layer (three coatings): After the upper coating is dry, apply a layer of concrete roof acrylic high-elastic surface waterproof coating (the protective layer can be selected as high-elastic, wear-resistant, heat-insulating functional surface layer).

 

Construction instructions:

1. Reference dosage: The theoretical coating of base coating is 40㎡/20L; the actual utilization rate of silk-woven polyester cloth is 90%; the theoretical coating of surface coating is 55㎡/20L. The actual amount of consumables is determined by application conditions and substrate conditions.

2. Construction tools: mixer, hard bristle brush (wool brush is not available), scraper, roller, etc. Clean immediately after the construction is completed with clean water.

3. Construction environment: This product is suitable for construction at a temperature of 5°C ~ 45°C and humidity less than 85%. Construction should not be carried out when it exceeds environmental conditions. It is not advisable to apply in severe weather conditions such as rain, snow and ice fragrance. Please pay attention to the weather forecast in advance.

4. Note: If the paint is too thick and difficult to construct due to weather or substrate material, you can add appropriate amount of water to dilute it.
