Standard Construction Process

1. Base surface pretreatment:

During construction, the working surface must be carefully and carefully cleaned. It is necessary to ensure that the base surface is flat, the firmware is not loose, loose mortar, oil, dust, or water are not allowed to keep it clean. Firmware or mortar that has loose base surface must be cleaned, replaced or reinforced. If the base mortar is pulverized, the mortar layer should be laid again or the special interface agent for the concrete should be applied until the surface is smooth, flat and without powdering.

2. Ingredients:

The products used in this system have been prepared and placed in the packaging according to the proportion. Please follow the ingredients instructions on the back of the packaging bucket. Open the plastic bucket and take out all the packaging materials from the bucket. First inject the liquid into the plastic bucket, then slowly pour the powder into the bucket. At the same time, stir with an electric stirrer until there is no lump. Let the slurry stand and mature for about 3 minutes, stir for about 30 seconds before use. Please use the adjusted slurry within 45 minutes.

3. Construction technology:

(1) Before construction on the dry base surface, the base surface should be wet and ignorant water before construction.

(2) First coating: Apply a YOOGU special waterproof primer slurry for kitchen and bathroom on the cleaned base surface until it is dry.

(3) Second coating: After the previous coating is dry and solid, apply a YOOGU special waterproof medium coating slurry for kitchen and bathroom. The length of each coating operation shall not exceed 30cm to avoid affecting the adhesiveness of the next process due to the rapid drying of the slurry.

(4) One cloth: When the previous coating is fully wet, quickly lay the cut polyester cloth naturally flat on the coating to ensure that the polyester cloth and the slurry are fully combined, without wrinkles and no hollowing, while maintaining a certain slack.

(5) Three coatings: Immediately when the surface of the polyester cloth is wet, apply a YOOGU special waterproof slurry for kitchen and bathroom to ensure that the slurry is uniform, full, and no leakage. The surroundings are tightly closed, so that it blends with the previous coating to become one and even dry.
