During the on-site inspection by our technical staff, it was found that there are many roofing equipments. Due to the long-term operation of the equipment, there will be certain vibrations, which will cause a vibration in the roof slab structure. The original waterproof layer in the concrete structure is coiled material. Due to the factors of vibration and settlement, the original waterproof layer is aging. After the leak analysis of our technical staff, due to the large number of equipment, it is recommended that customers use paints for overall waterproofing. After the paint is waterproof, it is a seamless waterproof system, but the coil material is for the equipment. There are many joints in many waterproof constructions. After many discussions with the person in charge, we finally adopted our paint plan. In the case that does not affect the normal operation of the equipment, our company provides detailed construction plans and safety measures, and has been approved by the customer and signed a contract.

It was originally planned to use three thick coils for roof construction as a whole. Several companies have also been approached for on-site assessment. However, due to the large number of roofing equipment, the coils cannot be waterproofed on the equipment base, and the original base surface mortar leveling layer is severely weathered. After the construction of the coil material, three thick cement mortar protective layers are required to be used normally, which increases the load bearing of the roof. In the later period, once the maintenance cost is too high, Yougu Company contacted me and recommended the exposed acrylic waterproof. The paint can be exposed directly on the roof and does not require mortar to level, and provides a long quality assurance. Our overall feeling is very suitable. In the end, we chose to cooperate with Yougu. In the later construction process, we aimed at our roofing equipment and pipelines. There are additional waterproof layers on the periphery. The overall appearance and use effect are as expected by our company. The equipment can be inspected on the roof without affecting the waterproof layer.
