YOOGU heat insulation layer is composed of heat insulation base layer and heat insulation surface coating, which forms a heat insulation system after curing. The heat insulation material is a highly efficient heat insulation coating developed by using imported 100% pure acrylic polymer emulsion and adding fine auxiliary materials. It has a good albedo function, can reflect 85% of solar energy and heat energy, and emit up to 95% It can quickly dissipate the heat accumulated on the roof. It has a very low thermal conductivity coefficient, which can effectively prevent the transfer of heat energy outdoors and indoors, resulting in thermal insulation cooling effect, generally can reduce the roof surface temperature up to about 25 degrees. The thermal insulation coating does not require a protective layer, and is strongly bonded to the base surface of various materials, and has a long service life. Its stable quality, water-based, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly products are the most extensive thermal insulation products in China.

It can turn back 85% of solar energy and heat energy, and the emissivity of up to 95% can quickly radiate the accumulated heat of the roof to keep the roof cool.

It has good heat insulation effect. Generally, it can reduce the roof temperature by about 25℃ and the indoor temperature by about 5°C, which greatly reduces the indoor air-conditioning load and saves 20-70% of the air-conditioning cost.

Construction method (three coats and one cloth)

Standard construction process

YOOGU excellent solid insulation king base coating --- used for bonding and heat resistance with the base;

YOOGU excellent solid insulation king surface coating-used for surface layer to resist ultraviolet radiation, with albedo function; can reduce the indoor temperature, it has a self-cleaning effect of reducing dust and dirt adhesion.

Construction process

1. Base surface treatment: To clean the roof dust and dust, you must ensure that the base surface firmware is not loose, that the roof is clean and firm, dry, flat, no oil stains, no rust or frozen objects, and no water seepage.

2. First, open the cover of YOOGU excellent solid heat insulation king base coating, stir well and use. Apply a spray/roller coat to the area to be insulated

3. After the base coat has dried (approximately eight hours), then apply brush/spray/roll-on-layer YOOGU excellent solid insulation king surface coating, and finally after the surface insulation coating has dried.
