General practice of waterproofing

The construction process is mainly three coats, one cloth and one bottom:

• First clean up the parts where waterproof construction is needed, and strengthen the loose parts of the construction surface.

• Then apply the base treatment agent to the roof to repair the small cracks in the roof and fill the gaps between the roof particles. It is convenient for the construction of three coats and one cloth waterproof layer.

• After the interface treatment agent dries, then do three coats and one cloth waterproof construction on the whole roof:

• Brush the concrete with high elasticity and flexible acrylic waterproof coating (first coating) on the roof,

Rigid waterproof

Rigid waterproof material refers to the use of cement, sand and gravel as raw materials, or a small amount of external additives, macromolecular polymers and other materials, by adjusting the mix ratio to fill the large cracks in the construction site, and the parts with large water pressure, increase each The methods such as the compactness of the raw material interface have high resistance to compression and impermeability after the waterproof layer is formed. Rigid waterproof materials can be divided into two categories according to their different material compositions. One is waterproof mortar and waterproof concrete made of portland cement as the base material and added with inorganic or organic additives, such as aerated waterproof concrete , Polymer mortar, etc.; another type of waterproof mortar, waterproof concrete formulated with special cement mainly based on expanded cement, such as expanded cement waterproof concrete, etc.

The rigid waterproof material has the following characteristics:

• The waterproof layer can be directly pasted with external decoration such as strip bricks, paper bricks, etc.

• Strong adhesion to concrete, masonry and other substrates.

• Apply directly on a damp base.

• It can't be peeled off or peeled off.

• The volume is stable, preventing cracks, and the coating has strong impermeability.
