Three-coat one-cloth waterproof construction process

1. The water-proof coating is evenly mixed according to the ratio, and the base surface is cleaned up to make the base surface smooth, dust-free and water-free oil.

2. One coat: apply a special high-elastic flexible acrylic base waterproof coating for concrete on the cleaned base surface.

3. One cloth: When the base coating is still wet, lay the cut polyester cloth on the base coating, and use a brush to compact it. The base coating penetrates through the polyester cloth.

4. Second coating: Next, paint the surface of the polyester cloth with high-strength and flexible acrylic base waterproof coating for the concrete again, so that the base coating and the polyester cloth can fully penetrate to ensure that there is no drum, no wrinkle, and make the second coat one The cloth is fully penetrated and combined into a whole seamless waterproof layer, which is dried for 8 hours.

5. Three-coating: On the dry solid two-coat one-cloth base surface, paint again with a high-elastic flexible acrylic surface layer waterproof coating special for concrete, even the dry solid acceptance.

Precautions:

1. Mix the components A and B of the paint in the bucket at a ratio of 4:1, use a stirrer to mix for 5-10 minutes, evenly mix and let stand for 10 minutes before use.

2. The prepared paint must be used within 1 hour, otherwise the paint will thicken and solidify rapidly after the reaction time exceeds the usable time. So please adjust the required components according to the construction scope on site to avoid waste.

3. If there are more than 1-2 cm cracks on the construction surface, it must be sealed with water leak-proof; then waterproof coating.
