Standard construction process

2. Comprehensive treatment: remove empty drums and loose layers on the surface and repair them; thoroughly remove water stains, oil stains and other chemical pollution; polish the ground carefully to remove surface sand, debris, etc., and finally clean the dust.

3. Primer: After the ground treatment, use an epoxy primer with good permeability and strong adhesion to evenly brush the ground to make it completely penetrate the plain, forming a full resin bottom layer.

4. Intermediate coating soil: After the primer is cured, it is approved on the primer with epoxy putty to form a fully enclosed flat surface without any holes or holes.

5. Topcoat: After the intermediate coat is solidified, it is polished with a fine sand machine and carefully ground, then cleaned and vacuumed, and finally the prepared topcoat material is evenly coated on the batch of soil to form a flat surface layer.

Storage construction

1. Store in a dry and ventilated place at room temperature;

2. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes;

3. After the two components are mixed well, let stand for a few minutes and use up within 1 hour. Clean tools immediately after construction;

4. It is better to choose varieties suitable for low temperature and humid conditions when the temperature is below 10°C and the humidity is above 85%;

5. Pedestrians can be reached after three days of construction, and vehicles can be driven within five days.
