Construction method (three coats and one cloth)

Standard construction process

Base surface pretreatment:

Carefully clean the construction base surface during construction, polish and remove rust and corrosion on the sink, and clean it up.

It must be ensured that the base surface of the sink is flat, the firmware is free of looseness, no rust, no oil, no dust, and no clear water to keep it clean. Firmware with loose base surfaces must be replaced or reinforced.

For coagulation: the uneven surface of the soil sink, thicken the cement paste, level it with a batch knife-once, the thickness of the batch is less than 5mm, please note that it is not suitable to block too thick every time, the cracks need to be added with this product first Floor. Construction preparation:

Determine the parts to be waterproofed and the width of the waterproof layer, and cut the polyester cloth of corresponding width.

The paint needs to be stirred evenly when it is used, but no additional water or auxiliary materials are needed, and it can be applied directly.

During construction, brushing, rolling and scraping can be carried out. Related working tools should be prepared and necessary measures for labor protection should be done.

Construction method (three coats and one cloth):

1. Mix the YOOGU water tank paint uniformly according to the proportion, and cut the polyester cloth with corresponding width. The construction base is cleaned up.

2. One coat: Brush the stirred water-resistant acrylic waterproof coating on the cleaned base surface.

3. One cloth: While the coating is still wet, lay the polyester cloth on its surface and compact it with a brush.

4.Secondary coating: Then apply the second layer of water-resistant acrylic waterproof coating on the surface of the polyester cloth, and allow the waterproof coating to fully penetrate the polyester cloth, so that the two-coat and one-cloth waterproof layer is integrated and dried to ensure the coating. The layer is uniform, wrinkle-free, full and tightly closed.

5. Three coats: After the second coat-the cloth is dried and solidified, then apply a water-resistant acrylic surface layer water-proof paint to the sink.
